Fix README download commands and GitHub link

The CLI commands pointed at FloweR_0.1.2.pth / raft-things.pth at the repo root (404); the files live under models/. Replaced with a single working hf download command. Also fixed the Auto-Download link (github.com/pxlpshr -> github.com/pxl-pshr) and clarified that weights download when ComfyUI starts.
