"Modified" MIT License doesn't exist
There is no such thing as a "Modified" MIT license.
The modification you've done makes it INCOMPATIBLE with a real MIT license.
You shouldn't use "MIT" in your license name. The MIT license has been around for decades and has a very specific purpose. Your license does not honor that and uses the goodwill established by the MIT licenses undeservedly.
Note: I'm not saying you have to change your terms of your license. You can do whatever you want with your model. But you shouldn't be using "MIT" in the name, when it is NOT an MIT license.
In sum, MIT has never released a "modified" license like you use. You shouldn't use their name.
Just requires (some) to display the model name. It's really not a big deal. You can still fork it, modify it, etc. It's just that you need to display "Kimi K2.6" on the UI of your service. Essentially just giving credit (and only needed for some)

I'm not contesting what they put in their license, they can do whatever they want, what is wrong is that they are calling it "MIT", when IT IS NOT AN MIT LICENSE. It conflicts with the real MIT license, and freeloads off the goodwill that the MIT license has established over decades.
Can I create a new model and call it Kimi? No, because that would be dishonest. They have a non-MIT license and call it MIT. They should take MIT out of the name, because the license they use IS NOT AN MIT LICENSE.
