Request for Manual Review / Reset of SAM 3.1

My access request for facebook/sam3.1 was rejected, and I would like to kindly request a manual review or a reset of my application status so that I can provide any missing or corrected information.
I am a postgraduate student conducting academic research in computer vision and multi-modal video tracking (Course Project: EE6008). In our project pipeline, we aim to deploy SAM 3.1 on our university GPU cluster as a core video segmentation and temporal tracking module, integrating it with open-vocabulary detector priors. The model will be evaluated for object multiplexing, zero-shot video mask propagation, and benchmarked strictly for non-commercial academic research and educational purposes.
