How to use abdullahashraf122/sentinel-v7-deep-flood-lstm with Keras:
# !pip install -U keras tensorflow huggingface_hub # Keras needs TensorFlow installed to read "hf://" paths, so the tensorflow backend is selected here; # "jax" and "torch" also work for computation once TensorFlow is installed. import os os.environ["KERAS_BACKEND"] = "tensorflow" import keras model = keras.saving.load_model("hf://abdullahashraf122/sentinel-v7-deep-flood-lstm") - Notebooks

Model Summary
Sentinel-V7 Deep Hydrological Bi-LSTM is a specialized recurrent neural sequence model engineered for real-time flood risk scoring and inundated area forecasting. It maps multi-sensor remote sensing inputs (Copernicus Sentinel-1 SAR radar backscatter, digital elevation models, river network proximity, ECMWF GEOGloWS river discharge, and precipitation metrics) to a continuous flood vulnerability metric.
The model is packaged in Keras 3 format along with its fitted Scikit-Learn MinMaxScaler (scaler.joblib), ensuring seamless deployment on edge systems and cloud microservices.
- Architecture: Dual Bidirectional LSTM + Batch Normalization + Spatial Dropout + Dense Regression Core
- Framework: Keras 3 (
keras>=3.0.0) / TensorFlow (tensorflow>=2.15.0) - Inputs: 8 Normalized Hydrological & Radar Features
- Output: Continuous Flood Risk Score
