Improve model card: add paper, code links and author information

Hi! I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face.
This PR improves the model card for Toto-2.0-22m by:
- Adding explicit links to the technical report, GitHub repository, and blog post at the top.
- Including the full list of authors to provide proper attribution.
- Maintaining the existing performance benchmarks and technical details.
This helps users easily find the relevant research and source code associated with this model.
